I started Rogaine because my hairline was slowly creeping back and I wanted to intervene early. The first weeks were confusing because shedding increased and I thought it was making things worse. After a few months, I noticed less hair in the shower and some fine regrowth near the temples. It’s not instant and you have to be consistent, or you’ll just waste time. Overall, it worked for me, but patience is the real requirement.

I’m neutral on Rogaine. It helped slow shedding, but I didn’t get dramatic regrowth. My main issue was scalp dryness and itching, especially in winter. It wasn’t unbearable, but it made daily use annoying. It works better for some people than others, and I’m somewhere in the middle.
