Hello! I was prescribed Prozac to help me with panic and depression after I have had surgery. I am terrified of hospitals in general, and medical procedures make me feel insane. I would feel dizzy and less active. But then I came to appreciate the feeling of calm. Basically, it makes me feel less jittery.

I am suffering from intrusive thoughts and various other forms of mental health issues. I have been on Prozac for 3 years. The side effects for me are dizziness, dry mouth and sometimes a headache. Headaches, I’ve found, were easily managed by drinking lots of fluids.

Hi, I’ve been living with OCD since childhood, and also I am very awkward around people. The funny thing about Prozac is that it makes OCD seem fun, and it does not torment me as much.

I highly recommend Prozac for all mental disorders. I have seen it working for my friends, and I am very grateful that these people are still alive and well thanks to this drug. There are side effects, but as long as it is used as intended, the side effects are minimized.
