Vibramycin helped with acne that wasn’t responding to topicals. It reduced the deep inflammation, and my skin looked calmer. The downside was dryness and a bit of stomach irritation at first. I also burned more easily in the sun, which surprised me. Overall, it worked, but you need to be careful with sun protection.

I used Vibramycin for acne and saw gradual improvement over the course. It reduced the inflammation and helped prevent new deep breakouts. The biggest annoyance was sun sensitivity and some dryness. I also had mild nausea at first, but it improved with food. Worth it for me, but you need to plan around the side effects.

I took Vibramycin for an infection after travel and it did clear things up. The tablets were fine, but my stomach didn’t love them. I had mild heartburn and felt nauseated if I didn’t drink enough water. After a few days I figured out the best routine and it was tolerable. Effective, but not something I’d want to take without a clear reason.

I’m neutral on Vibramycin. It cleared the infection, but I had heartburn and stomach discomfort. I also had a couple of days of loose stools, which was annoying. The results were good, but the GI side effects made it less pleasant. I’d still use it again if needed, just more carefully.

I used Vibramycin for a bacterial infection and the symptoms improved steadily. It wasn’t instant, but by day two or three I felt the shift. My main complaint was nausea if I took it too fast or without enough water. Once I slowed down and ate something small, it was easier. Effective medication, just not the most comfortable one for me.
